Lemont Focus group for Cultural Creatives to be held at Marquee Lounge in Lincoln Park on January 26th 2006.
Marquette Property Investments is conducting a focus group targeted to 21 to 30 year olds, who live in downtown Chicago urban neighboprhoods and who work in the suburbs earning a minimum $40K per year. The objective of the focus group is to better understand the lifestyle preferences of this slice of the condo buying market as an aid to better understanding this target market for Lemont Block 1.
A minimum or 20 and a maximum of 30 participants are needed for the event which is being held at the:
Marquee Lounge, 1973 North Halsted Street,
located on the corner of Armitage and Halsted Streets in Lincoln Park, Chicago.
We will be testing and measuring responses to our assumptions regarding lifestyle preferences for neighborhood venues,building options and finishes, pricing, advertising image preferences, etc.The results are intended to help us steer the option and building finish product offerings, and marketing plan to this narrow and select audience.
Adam Bennet, Trevor Ryan, Rob and Bryan Bottarelli, and their network of friends, are selecting the prequalified audience for this focus group.
The event will begin at 7PM and offer an open bar until 10PM with each participant given a $25 gift certificate for dinner at a Lincoln Park Restaurant at the conclusion of the evening.
